For Marbella Developments, we sought to create a property campaign with a difference – and rightfully position Tasmania's North as the choice antidote to city living.

The boutique land development offers prospective homebuilders an ideal city or mainland escape, perfectly nestled amid the state's largest wine region and historic gold mines.

Working with Chris Davies (Brand Designer) and Adam Gibson (Photographer), the marketing brochure went beyond basic plot descriptions to paint an influential story of unique, untapped and exclusive opportunity.
